What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you type into the quote request form and send to us. That is:

• What the rental is for, what products you need and how many
• The delivery address, dates, and for events the times and estimated guest count
• Any additional details you choose to write
• Your name, and your company or organisation if you enter one
• Your phone number and email address
• Your preferred language and preferred contact method

Why we collect it

To prepare a quote for your rental and to contact you about it. That is the only reason the form exists.

We do not sell this information, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list from a quote request.

How it reaches us

When you submit the form, the details are sent as an email to our business address. That email is delivered by Resend, an email delivery provider, acting on our behalf. Your details pass through their service in order to reach our inbox.

If you set your email address in the form, we may reply to you at that address about your request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies, and it does not run a third-party analytics or tracking script. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so before it does.

How long we keep it

Quote requests arrive in our email and stay there as ordinary business correspondence. If you would like us to delete a request you sent, ask and we will.

Your choices

You do not have to use the form. You can call or email us instead and give us only what you want to give us. If you want to know what we hold about an enquiry, or want it deleted, contact us and we will deal with it.
